How to Stack Store and Manufacturer Coupons

Question:
How do I stack store coupons with manufacturer coupons?

Answer:

  1. Review the store coupon policy. CVS, Walgreens, Rite Aid and Target allow you to use one store coupon and one manufacturer’s coupon per item. Many grocery stores will also allow you to stack coupons.
  2. Find store coupons in the store’s weekly ad, online and in-store. Sign-up for e-mails and mobile apps. Look for coupon booklets in store or by mail.
  3. Match the store coupons with manufacturer coupons. Use the coupon database to help you locate a manufacturer coupon. Review both coupons to make sure they are for the same item and the same size.
  4. Present both coupons at the register. Remember that most stores limit one store coupon and one manufacturer’s coupon per item.
